A set of steering and informative activities are planned in the frame of the NOVAREGIO project in order to increase the attractiveness of the concerned regional areas at international level, to enlarge the number of involved Regions and Organisations. The spreading action of the results will be extended to a wide international context, also thanks to the characteristics of the Partners (their geographical location, competencies, international connections, etc.).

The core of the dissemination will pivot around the promotion of the strategic documents developed during Phase 2. The material will be printed and distributed accordingly with the dissemination policy (as information to be directly plugged/embedded into partners web sites, inserted into info packages prepared by other projects, etc…). Linguistic and localisation aspects will be insured.

The handbook and the other documents will be presented during key events and it will be further promoted through articles on dedicated magazines. Moreover, at least 250 copies of the handbook will be sent to the main stakeholders into CEI and CPMR regions. A mailing list, implemented by single partners, will be centralised and used for the initiative. The list will be further developed and will be constantly up-dated.

The project will develop a dedicated website to inform a large number of stakeholders on the project objectives and activities. The website will contain all the information on the project objectives, on the status of the activities, news and instructions to take part to the project activities. Moreover, it will include the possibility to download all the strategic documents developed in Phase 2.

To sum up, the predominant actions are:

• creation of a co-ordinated and united global image (logo and slogan) supported by informative brochures and a dedicated Website presenting the NOVAREGIO objectives, envisaged actions and expected benefits, in addition to acting as an intra-partners communication network;
• arrangement of specific technical documents; 
• organisation of seminars and workshops with Public Administration representatives, local economic development agencies, and other proper Organisations, also in order to spread information through their own information channels, addressing all the Project development lines;
• diffusion of information through specialised communication media and participation, as invited speakers, in national and international promotional events

The final report will include in addition to the summary of achieved result and project follow up, useful suggestions for continuing and enlarging the co-operation incepted within NOVAREGIO. In particular, methodologies, networks and applications will be envisaged for extending the planning activities in the Regional/Local areas, for reproducing successful RTD regional policies. In particular the RTD policy Coordination Action Plan and the BENCHMARKING practice manual will be circulated, as guidelines for the application of methods adopted to other Regional and Local Administration.
